What if you disagree with the decision of the Court to convict you after the trial?

If you are not satisfied either with your sentence or conviction or both, you can file an appeal to the High Court. You have 14 days from the date of the conviction or sentence to file the appeal.

Generally, you can only appeal against the sentence if you have already pleaded guilty to the charge.
